939game reserves the right to request documentary verification of age and identity at any time. This may include a copy of your Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), utility bill or other official documentation. Failure to provide requested verification within a reasonable time frame may result in account restriction or closure.
Age Verification: If 939game has reason to believe a player is under 18, the account will be suspended immediately pending verification. Any winnings generated during a period of suspected underage play will be withheld until verification is complete.
Each person is permitted to hold exactly one 939game account. Registering or operating more than one account — whether under the same name, different names or through third parties — is a material breach of these Terms. 939game uses technical and manual review processes to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicates are found, all associated accounts will be closed and any balances may be voided.
You agree to provide accurate, complete and current information when registering your 939game account. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number and payment details. Providing false information at registration is a breach of these Terms and may constitute fraud. You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date — contact support if your mobile number or payment details change.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 939game account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any other person. Your 939game account is personal to you and is not transferable to any other person. You may not sell, assign, gift or otherwise transfer your account, your balance or any accumulated bonuses to another party. Any attempt to transfer an account or use an account registered in another person's name will result in immediate closure.

All payment accounts and cards used must be registered in your own name. 939game does not accept payments from third-party accounts. Using a payment method that belongs to another person is a breach of these Terms and will result in account closure.
The minimum deposit on 939game is Rs 200. The minimum withdrawal is Rs 500. Maximum single transaction limits vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction. Withdrawals to Easypaisa and JazzCash typically process within 2–5 minutes of approval. IBFT bank transfers and card withdrawals may take longer depending on your bank's processing times. 939game does not charge fees on withdrawals, though your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own charges which are outside our control.
To withdraw funds from your 939game account you must have completed any applicable bonus wagering requirements on those funds. You may also be required to complete identity verification before your first withdrawal or if your account is flagged for review. 939game reserves the right to delay withdrawals pending fraud or identity checks. If a withdrawal is delayed, you will be notified by our support team.

Bonuses are generally available to players who have completed registration and made a qualifying deposit. Some promotions are targeted at specific player segments. 939game reserves the right to determine eligibility for any promotion at its discretion. Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are met.
Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, placing hedged bets to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk, or exploiting errors in promotional mechanics — is strictly prohibited on 939game. Where bonus abuse is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be voided and the account may be closed.
All bonuses on 939game have an expiry period, typically 30 days from the date of award unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion's terms. Bonuses and associated winnings that remain unclaimed or for which wagering requirements have not been met by the expiry date will be automatically removed from the account without compensation.
The 939game referral programme allows eligible players to earn PKR rewards for introducing new players to the platform. Referral bonuses are subject to the specific terms of the referral programme as published on the Refer a Friend page. Referral rewards are only paid where the referred player registers using the referrer's unique code and makes a qualifying deposit. Referral fraud — including referring fictional persons or self-referring — will result in all referral rewards being voided and the account closed.
939game reserves the right to decline or limit any bet at its sole discretion. Bets are only valid once confirmed by the platform and a bet reference number is issued. Verbal or informal indications of a bet being accepted do not constitute a binding wager.
If odds are published incorrectly on 939game due to a technical error or human mistake, we reserve the right to void bets placed at erroneous odds. Players will be notified and stakes refunded in such cases. 939game is not liable for losses arising from bets placed at clearly erroneous odds that a reasonable person should have recognised as incorrect.
All bets are settled based on the official result as confirmed by the relevant sporting body. For cricket, this is the result as recognised by the ICC or the relevant board. For football, it is the result as confirmed by the match officials. For other sports, the governing body's official result applies. 939game will not reverse correctly settled bets on the basis of a subsequent appeal that changes a result unless the result has been officially changed by the governing body.
If a match or event is abandoned before the minimum qualifying period of play, all bets on that event are void and stakes are refunded. Postponements of less than 24 hours generally do not void bets. Postponements of more than 24 hours will generally result in all bets being voided and stakes returned. Specific rules for each sport are available in the full betting rules section of 939game.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on 939game. Engaging in any of these will result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of balance and, where applicable, referral to relevant authorities:
Zero Tolerance: 939game has a zero-tolerance policy on fraud and collusion. Where fraud is confirmed, the full account balance will be forfeited regardless of how those funds were generated. We reserve the right to report confirmed fraud to relevant Pakistani financial intelligence authorities.

Where an account is closed at 939game's discretion without fault on the player's part, any genuine cash balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method. Where closure is due to a breach by the player, the balance may be forfeited in whole or in part depending on the nature and severity of the breach.
You may also close your own 939game account at any time by contacting support. Genuine cash balances will be returned within the standard processing time for your payment method.
939game may amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will notify registered players by email or via an in-platform notification at least 14 days before the revised Terms take effect. For minor or clarifying changes, we may update the Terms with less notice.
